ECTs

We are delighted to have been appointed by the Xavier Teaching School Hub as a Strategic Lead school for the Early Career Framework (ECF) programme, offered in partnership with Teach First. Since September 2021 all newly-qualified teachers are required to undertake a two-year induction period, throughout which they are entitled to extensive, additional high-quality training, which has been specifically designed to extend and enhance

their knowledge and skills. As a Strategic Lead school, exemplary practitioners from our teaching team deliver that training, working with Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and their mentors from a wide variety of settings.

Outreach

For many years we have worked across the entire region to support schools, develop learning and teaching and grow school leaders. We work with many partners and stakeholders including Teach South East and the Xavier Teaching School Hub.

We are dedicated to developing world class teaching and learning through dynamic CPD and school-to-school support; passionate about training the next generation of inspirational teachers; and proud to work in collaboration with a diverse range of schools, universities and other teaching school alliances as this allows us to draw upon a broad base of expertise to help us improve the whole school system.

We believe that our approach to delivering services is unique. Through our Strategic Partners, we are able to offer a unique cross-phase package of options, each bespoke to the school itself.

If you are interested in finding out more or wish to join our network of schools please contact us.
